The house was listed...and we got action immediately. In fact, I was left with a little bit of emotional whiplash. I mean, I love my home, but I didn't expect it to go this fast. We had a written offer within 2 hours of listing our home. And they hadn't even walked through it yet.
So we sat on the offer for 22 hours. I had to sleep on it. And I'm glad I did because I realized that this offer was exactly what we were asking for (the buyer requested a quick close...and they seem to LOVE the house).

So a little more than a week after listing, and we're already setting a close date for two weeks away. TWO WEEKS! Uh... have you noticed it's -15 degrees in Michigan??
Justin is currently under the weather with Pneumonia...so I have a bottle of Lysol in one hand and a tape dispenser in the other.
If you need me, I'll be wrapping my life up in bubble wrap. And thanks to my very sweet friend, I'll also be sipping on a
